Hello Guys, as you must be knowing that on 27th October the world is going to celebrate Occupational Therapy Day. many events and programs are organized all over the world online as well as locally.

some events like OTwikiflash, online chat, online presentations and a lot more will be available at your door step through internet. regarding some local events. contact your national or local council. in Delhi on 27th Oct we are planning to organize some school campaigns for OT awareness.

Do join some or other event to be the part of this global awareness program.

In Delhi while looking at the roads, footpaths, overhead bridges and subways one question always arises in my mind , that our PWD department is full of "good" mechanical, civil and architectural engineers and designers having "great" knowledge of ergonomics, barrier free environment and universal designs, but why the structures they are making are so restricted in their Barrier free Domain......?

1.9.1 SSA will ensure that every child with special needs, irrespective of the kind, category and degree of disability, is provided education in an appropriate environment. SSA will adopt ‘zero rejection’ policy so that no child is left out of the education system.

The thrust of SSA will be on providing integrated and inclusive education to all children with special needs in general schools.
